We want you to love everything you purchase from The Bohemian Athenian Online Store, so we understand that you might need to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you would like to make a return, we ask you το get back to us with this decision within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When posting your item back, please send us proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Notes:
- The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately.
- Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thebohemianathenian.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange / refund will not be possible.
NOTE: Please inform us via email BEFORE you send.
Also please note, if you availed of our Free Shipping on Domestic Orders over €100 when placing your order — when you return the order/ part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
